All products are packaged with temperature control measures and ice packs designed to maintain stability for up to 7 days during transit, whether the ice packs arrive solid or thawed & remains stable at room temperature for up to 3 days. Orders are typically processed the same day after payment confirmation. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the buyer's location. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer. The buyer agrees that the seller does not have to engage in inquires about delayed shipping. Most orders are shipped the same day if placed before 2PM, or the next business day (Monday–Friday). Special shipping requests may be submitted by the buyer and are subject to seller approval. The seller is not responsible for delays related to special shipping requests or carrier delivery times. We recommend placing orders at least one week in advance to account for any unexpected carrier delays. For special requests or inquiries, the buyer agrees to allow 24–96 hours for an email response. For speedy processing & shipping is it best to submit your order by 2pm with payment, waiting for email responses will delay your order.
